Review of Silent Night, Deadly Night (1984) by Eric S — 30 Nov 2008

The motive was clear, the backstory was good...the last few scenes were dead boring. I'm usually a sucker for campy horror, but there was something lacking in this film. I guess after a while the bodycount got more dull. Or maybe it's because I was only half-watching and half-internet using...

Anyway, was definitely good but not great. Not enough slashing from what I saw. Plus, I think we got to know the killer a little too well, so it wasn't really scary or anything.
