Review of Silent Night, Deadly Night (1984) by Lanky Man P — 11 Jan 2013

For this to be a low budget, 80's Slasher I have to say I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! The concept, story and plot are ahead of its time and from start to finish there really was not a dull moment. You tend to feel bad for the killer meaning as to why he became mentally disturbed and though his killings of innocent people was wrong, you tend to find yourself rooting for him qhen he goes after ONE of the main ppl who caused him to snap! Now again for it to be low budget, this really hit the mark.
