Review of Silent Movie (1976) by Joey S — 11 Jul 2008
Mel Brooks - the master of Spoof is at it again. This time he tackles the dead genre of silent film, which I feel this movie is a final testement to that genre. Just the trio of Brooks, DeLuise and Feldman make it enjoyable - but then features some quick and easy cameos of celebrities that just made me not want to care about it afterwards.
But what is funny is that the only line spoken in the movie is when a Mime curses. True Brooks.
