The beginning of the downfall of M. Night Shama-shit which was a creepy blast the first time around, but has definitely lost it's impact over time. Mel Gibson is great in the lead role and the way the film builds suspense is superb, but I just couldn't stay invested and I didn't like any of the characters (excluding Mel).
It's also hard to take this film seriously when Scary Movie 3 parodied it so well.
