The movie made me want to pull my eyes out and make myself deaf. It doesn't only try to make sexual assault cute and romantic (the first kissing scene) but it is another one of those that tries to imply that physical appearance isn't important.

It is and there's nothing wrong with that! Sierra Burgess doesn't only lack good looks (which is made evident by the narrative of the film but the film doesn't facilitate falling in love with her, she lacks the least bit of personality.
