Ho- ray to Netflix for taking the cliche teen movie to a more human place. It is always refreshing to see actors and actresses that are more normal to the way real teens are like.....Sierra Burges, who is a sweet, adorable character: love the cloths, the old VW car, the attic room, the flute, the parents.

Also the popular girl has some dimension, which is a lovely departure from the Hollywood Hills boys or girls. Lets face it, the majority of home and lives and looks are far from model homes and model people and model lives, so that's what people want to see, they want to see less than perfect lives with less than perfect people.

Oh, nice music on soundtrack too.
