A terrible/amazing Chuck Norris film with a more memorable performance with Joe Piscopo. Co-Starring Jonathan "The Quitter" Brandis as the quitter. Regarding the ending, kids in wheelchairs can't become Martial Arts Champions.
It's physically impossible if you can't walk. I'm not being an asshole, I'm trying to help that kid with that dream at the end.
