Alex Cox and company take that the idea of Sid and Nancy and milk it for all the drama it's worth, turning it into a riveting original piece of cinema. The performances are brilliant all around, and I simply enjoyed the experience of watching this film.
The film is full of imagination and fantasy, but totally grounded in reality, with realistic consequences to all the characters' actions.
