Review of Sid and Nancy (1986) by Manny C — 02 Aug 2008
As good as a movie can be that doesn't contain one single character that I could relate to. Gary Oldman is crazy good as Sid. On the face of it he plays a convincing junkie. But when you really watch him you notice the pain, suffering and confusion he's going through.
The movie is a rough watch but worth it.
