Review of Sid and Nancy (1986) by Ashley — 14 Sep 2008
Sad and morbid story about broken relationship between notorious Sex Pistols bass player Sid Vicious and Nancy Sprungen. I like this movie, it shows the true spirit of punk rock music and Gary Oldman is fantastic as lost Sid Vicious, the songs are excellent, the only thing that I hate about this movie is that John Lydon is shown like a selfish bastard.
But overall Sid & Nancy is a true punk love story.
