Review of Sicko (2007) by Ken S — 10 Dec 2012
Moore's best film since "Bowling For Columbine". While his view is still skewed, he does a more balanced job of criticizing both parties in their inaction to fixing our health care problems, and their ridiculous actions to continue our problems to help the Insurance Companies and Drug Companies who have screwed up our health care so bad in the USA.
He also showcases the health care system in other countries in order to make us all jealous and sad. Moore gets the point across with several horror stories from the US, and several joyful tales from other countries.
Sure it is Michael Moore and yes he is biased, but there is always plenty of truth in his films, and judging by my friend's issues with this medical system it is hard for me to argue with a lot of what is says here.
