Review of Sicko (2007) by Simon D — 04 Oct 2009
If it's not Moore's best work, it's one of his most important, second only to Capitalism: A Love Story. He can't give enough due weight to this side of the argument since the majority that agrees with him was dispossessed of its voice and, in some cases, their lives, before this movie came out.
This film put universal health care back on the political map in the United States. An amazing accomplishment.
