Michael Moore takes on the American health care system. Convincing and entertaining as usual, though this film certainly does look like propaganda, it is much less part of any political agenda but rather a humanisation of the subject it takes on.

Moore looks at the different aspects of the flawed American health care system, a delicate and touchy subject indeed, in a way that aims to both shock the audience but also have the audience ask questions about their own lives.

In that way it is eye opening and greatly effective.
