Review of Sick Boy (2011) by Shawn H — 04 Jun 2013

This film isn't bad, but it's not great either. For something released on this day and age, you would expect to be able to see the terrible things that happen, but it's all shot so you can only see the aftermath.

I read online that the movie draws influence from The Exorcist which becomes obvious towards the end. The other thing I didn't like about it was how long it took to get into it, there's a good 30 minutes of an 80 minute film that's all backstory.

This for me is too long and a waste of potentially a longer ending.
