The first 5 minutes of jarring, heavy-handed ominous tones annoyed me into not taking this movie very seriously at first. However, the dark visual atmosphere, as well as the LITERAL atmosphere in terms of the storm are much more effective.
Fantastically stylized dream/memory sequences and/or hallucinations.
