Review of Shutter Island (2010) by Bryan J — 01 Jun 2015
To say this film is a masterpiece would probably be an overstatement, but Scorsese certainly delivers on all levels and gives an excellent film regardless. The movie is faithful to the book, which is something I am always in favor for, and is as chilling as it is creepy.
Plus DiCaprio gives one the most frightening performances I've seen in years.
