With an intriguing story written by author Dennis Lehane, an interesting script and fine dialogue written by screenwriter Laeta Kalogrdis, an impressive cast headed by Leonardo Dicaprio, Ben Kingsley, Mark Ruffalo, Michelle Williams, Emily Mortimer, Max Von Sydow and Patricia Clarkson, impressive directing by Martin Scorsese and an okay pace and flow, Shutter Island is scary but thrilling.
