I saw the American remake before seeing this original version from Thailand. The story moves much faster, and I was pleased with the creep outs. The photo where her face snaps forward and the scene where she crawls up the bed were fantastically horrific! Nothing tops Asian horror, and it's pretty obvious I'm not the only one who thinks so.
I noticed quite a few scenes in this film that were basically copied in movies like The Grudge 2. Can't blame them for trying, but it's just not the same.
