Review of Shrek the Third (2007) by Freedomfighters — 08 Nov 2016

Didn't I just review a threequel that couldn't live up to it's classic original film and even better sequel? Talk about deja vu! "Shrek The Third" is certainly not a bad film by any stretch of the word, it's just not up to snuff with the others and, ultimately, it's just okay.

It's well-animated, well-acted, and has the same fun pop culture references we expect from the series, but unfortunately, it throws away the charm, wit, and overall fun factor that the two other films had.

All told, "Shrek the Third" is not a terrible time, and it should be fun for the kids, but ultimately, you'll want to keep your expectations tempered here.
