Review of Shrek the Third (2007) by Jonathan L — 09 Aug 2012
Now here's where Shrek turns ugly. We begin in far far away. The king dies and appoints Shrek as leader. Not wanting the job, Shrek and his two buddies Donkey and Puss, search for Arthur (or as I would like to call him in this movie Arturd), the next king in line by blood.
So we set off once again on a search and retrieve adventure. Let's skip the whole "I'm pregnant!," cries Fiona deal and the voyage and let's look at Arthur and his meeing with our giant ogre.
Things go downhill when the ship is broken by Arthur and his stupidity. Bad luck arises from nowhere. Okay, skip to the end when they "try" to bring back the soul and heart and moral lessons that made the first two a big success.
It fails for me. I say this should have been the end. But noooooo they just had to have one more! Bitch, please! D- for me all out. Insert facepalm on this movie.
