You know how everybody goes around saying how "cringy" Minecraft or Fidget spinners are? No human experienced real "Cringe" until they saw "Shrek: The musical". First off, I'd like to state that just because its a musical does not mean it is good.

And this dumpster fire certainly isn't good. First off, I'll talk about the songs. These TERRIBLE, AWFUL SONGS! Listen, I get the the actors are good singers. But they are singing some of the worst songs ever made.

Let's start at the beginning. The opening song is..alright. Nothing good, but nothing bad either. Then the fairy tale song. This song bad for one reason. I did not want to hear Pinocchio sing. His voice is awful.

Next there's the donkey song. This is the worst song ever made. I'll talk more about it later. Then there's the Fiona song, which is fine until the end. Next, the humor. The humor is NOT FUNNY AT ALL.

First off, in the fairy tale song, Pinocchio make Tijuana jokes. Which is not funny because it is cliche. Then the donkey song. The thing that makes this song bad is the IT ISN"T FUNNY! Anyway, you have your regular groan worthy diabetes jokes, but some of the jokes don't make sense.

Like the "We go together like Mickey and Pop Rocks." Uhh, Mickey and Pop rocks did not go well together. In Urban legend, they killed him. Also, they have lyrics like "love me, hold me," which sounds like something that would be in a sexual Fan-Fic.

And the Fiona song is alright until the end where she thinks she's a vandal because she ripped pages out of a book. What? And this musical is almost 2 hours long! Teens and Adults will groan, and kids will be bored.

Thankfully, I watched this crap on Netflix so I didn't pay money for it. So PLEASE don't watch this or pay money to see it. I wasted 2 hours of my life to warn you away from this. Your welcome.

Just DO NOT WATCH IT. Show your kids something good, like WICKED. Any musical but this will do the trick.
