A fairytale that goes against the grain, the story of Shrek is charming and amusing. The movie has appearances from many of your favourite fairytale characters, such as the three blind nice, Pinocchio, and the magic mirror.
Mike Myers is great as the voice of Shrek, and the voices of Cameron Diaz and Eddie Murphy fit perfectly with their unique characters. This movie is sure to bring families lots of laughs.
