Shrek is a cute, funny and witty movie, mixing traits and cultural references so well, it's fun for all kinds of people. It carries a great soundtrack, a story-line that's simple, yet moves at a good pace, and has its predictably nice ending.
A neatly wrapped package with plenty to love and little to flaw. Shrek has become a modern classic for good reason.
