Review of Shrek (2001) by Henry E — 23 Dec 2014
Shrek represents one of the funniest animated films ever made. It tailors for both young and old audiences with a range of fast-paced jokes. The animation has somewhat aged but that hardly takes away from the narrative, which constitutes a quick plot that remains engaging throughout.
The music is brilliant, further emphasising the film's modern perspective on aged fairy tales.
