Utterly ridiculous but also extremely entertaining action movie fare headlined by Dolph Lundgren and a bevy of improbable weaponry. Over the top and unintentionally hilarious at every turn, though Brandon Lee gets pretty annoying with some lame attempts at comic relief.
So enjoyably terrible it deserves a cult classic distinction.
