Dolph lundgren and brandon lee are their best performed in the action and martial arts movie that dolph lundgren play cop with his new partner (brandon lee) against with the japanese drug lords leader (cary-hiroyuki tagawa) and his goons. both actor are best with lungren and lee doing fighting and the gun-fight. good of sword-fight scene at the end with lungren and hiroyurki tagawa. very excellent action movie and uh-oh also more with the topless too.
