Right, well, not for the faint of heart, but a totally beautiful piece. Yes, it has a LOT of sex, but there is plot and film-making in there too. To Mitchell's credit, the story is interesting and takes unexpected turns.
It would have been easy to make a conventional movie and throw in the sex as the hook, but Mitchell is more of an artist and storyteller than that. His productions come and go, and I wish he would move more quickly.
Can't wait for his next film!
