Review of Short Cuts (1993) by Matthew J — 20 Jul 2012
This film is less difficult to follow than others of its type, and there are some really interesting plotlines throughout the entire thing. But for the love of God, does it NEED to be three hours long? No, it does not.
With at least an hour cut out, this would have been much easier to watch. It's bleak and depressing, and really incredibly lengthy. I was surprised I managed to get through the entire thing.
