Dafter, dumber and cheesier (the ending....my goodness) than the first, by some margin.... But not without it's charm, especially if you love Number 5 (I still wonder why he appears to be covered in gay pride stickers at the beginning.
...) . There's even a few weirdly emotional moments in there.... Still, just a bit of harmless fun with a few silly giggles.
