A nice, kitchy sequel to the 'living' robot, Johnny 5! Some funny scenes - the billboard misreading, but otherwise, it's the usual fish-out-of-water comedy in the big city (where the fish is a robot needing input), and you can definitely tell it was made in the 80s! Not terrible.
