Review of Shooting Gallery (2005) by Tiffany H — 28 Nov 2006

This is the surprise movie of 2006 in my eyes. We'll say 2006 since it did come out at the end of December 2005. Anyways, this movie was a complete shocker in my opinion. I didn't hear anything about this movie. I saw it in the video store one day saw that actors that was in it and saw what it was about and just couldn't pass it up. I am glad I didn't. It was FANTASTIC!!!!!

Freddie Prinze Jr., who we usually see in the girly, teeny love story movies, plays a hustler in this movie and he did a wonderful job at it too. He showed true acting ability in this movie. I was pleasently surprised one by his performance and two by this movie. It's hard to believe that any making a movie like this would pick him to be the star. He just never really showed interest in something like this but he was AMAZING!!!!! Ving Rhames gives another typical good performance.

I think everyone should give this movie a chance. I know a lot of people don't like Hustler movies but I just want to see what people think of this movie. Because, I really enjoyed it and I think more people will.
