Review of Shooter (2009) by Yamin A — 21 Sep 2012
Mark Wahlberg is perfect in his roll as Bob Lee Swagger an ex-marine sniper set up for an attempted assassination of the US President. The action in Shooter is intense and all parties involved give great performances.
Shooter drug a bit in the middle but never enough to destroy the connection it makes with the viewers. A simple ending feels a bit contrived but still acceptable enough to answer any questions left unanswered to that point.
