What. The. Hell. Was. That? I guess the closest thing I can think of is the Crank movies with Jason Statham. Complete and udder ridiculousness. Which is obviously what they were going for, so it's hard to review.
Even knowing that incoherent cartoonishness was the goal, it's still a pretty bad movie. The writing is awful, the scenarios are stupidly stupid, and all the gun play actually gets boring after a while.
I suppose it was mildy entertaining, but that's it.
