Review of Shoot 'Em Up (2007) by Mesha B — 17 Oct 2012
Riotously over the top and ridiculous film that is mostly a joy to watch. The plot centres around a magic newborn who doesn't need to be fed and thus never cries because of hunger. The gunfight choreographed to the soundtrack of ace of spades is movie magic that eclipses even the smouldering sex appeal of Monica Belluci.
The gunfight during the sex scene tops the movie making the ending an anticlimax. All the guys seem to be wearing black leather, its a shame they couldn't have spared some more for Monica:-(.
