Review of Shocker (1989) by Corey S — 02 Nov 2007
While tim was less forgiving, I say Mitch needs more slack, he was still finding himself as an actor with this one. I didn't really understand the whole being trapped in tv land, or why a ghost who was obviously electrical had to worry about being trapped in a tv, couldn't he escape through the wires? Also, if he was electricity, how did he possess people without burning them? I wouldn't say this is worse than Jason Takes Manhattan, but it's close.
For being titled Shocker, there really was only one "shock" scene, and it happened to the bad guy, doesn't jive.
