Review of Ship of Fools (1995) by Reginald J — 17 Aug 2009
It's too easy to call this a dramatic "Love Boat" or Grand Hotel on the sea, although that's probably the best way to describe it. It's good, not great. However, it's worth a viewing if you like old films with large casts of established stars, those on the cusp, and those just starting out.
Notably, this is Vivien Leigh's last film (she died two years later). That's worth a peek alone if you only know her as Scarlett O'Hara.
