Review of She's the One (1996) by Evan G — 11 Jul 2007
I bought this one after I saw and loved The Groomsmen, also realizing that im a big fan of Ed Burns' filmaking style. I just finished watching this and was very satisfied with my purchase, it's light, clever, and frequently hilarious, especially the "degenerate" character of Francis awesomely played by Mike Mcglone.
I think I like this marginally better than The Groomsmen, but I definitely like both better than The Brothers McMullen, but that's what got Burns started so I gotta respect that. Looking For Kitty is another one to check out if you find yourself becoming an Ed Burns fan like I have, i'm still yet to see No Looking Back and Sidewalks of New York but that should change shortly.
