Review of She's Having a Baby (1988) by Ashley T — 26 Jul 2006
This film is about my worst fears (marriage, suburbia, and children), and doesn't have much of a story. The very mention of a baby doesn't arrive until nearly an hour in. This seemed to be a mish mash of random scenes Hughes wanted to put somewhere (including a musical sequence with choreographed lawnmowers).
Still, Kevin Bacon delivers a fine performance (as he always does), and the Ferris Bueller cameo was priceless, so those knock up my rating (heh heh, sorry for the bad pun) half a star each.
