This movie is so-so, at times it appears insighful and interesting & then deadpan in places. Gyllenhaal is perfectly cast as a woman fighting against society whilst struggling with her own issues however when you really look at the film it's pretty slow and boring, the good perfomance exceeds above & beyond what the script has to offer.
