Gyllenhaal was fantastic in her role as Sherry... She was determined to get what she wanted by using her street smarts... Her portrayal reminded me of Therone's in Monster... This movie showed the hard unglamorous side of drug addiction, out-of-prison biases & dealing with life in tough situations.
