Review of Sherlock Jr. (1924) by Eric P — 07 Jan 2010
I caught a screening of this film at the Aero and it was phenomenal. Buster Keaton's acrobatic skill and impeccable timing is something very few entertainers have ever been able to equal. The special effects were brilliant when considering this was done in 1924.
Some of what he pulled off would even be difficult for today's filmmakers to do with out computer effects.
