Review of Sherlock Jr. (1924) by Joseph S — 19 Jan 2010
I will only say one thing about this movie. Being a Chaplin worshiper myself, I had knowledge of the work of Buster Keaton, the great stoneface. I had seen some shorts, as well as "The General", "Three Ages", among others.
And yeah... I liked Keaton. But last week I saw this 44 minute-gag-filled-beautifully-structured-masterwork-of-a-silent-film... and now I love Keaton.
