Review of Sherlock Jr. (1924) by Barney B — 17 Nov 2010
This film is a lot of fun. Sure there are some plot holes, and continuity problems, but the real reason this film exists is for the gags, and they are spectacular. I can't believe that some of them haven't been used again since.
Good slapstick is hard to top for pure entertainment value, and Keaton created some of the best.
