Like the first Sherlock movie, Sherlock 2 looks great with good editing and a visual style but does not have a compelling plot or characters you care that much for. There are some charming moments but for the most part Sherlock 2 was underwhelming.
I recommend Sherlock 2 if you liked the first movie but don't expect too much as its only ok and is not too memorable.
