Review of Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011) by Joel S — 16 Feb 2014
With The Dark Knight gliding over the streets of Gotham, movie audiences already have a superhero detective. My advice would be to leave the action and the fist-fights to the caped crusader, and re-instate the world's most famous detective with some good old-fashioned abductive reasoning.
This movie reflects just about everything you do not want from a Sherlock Holmes story.
