I've never been a huge fan of the Sherlock Holmes stories, but I guess this film is a passable adaptation for the modern age. Admittedly the slow-motion, Matrix-y stuff did get on my nerves but the way they used some of the scenes to showcase the superior sleuthy-ness (not a word I know) of Downey's Holmes was pretty badass.
