Sigh. Rachel McAdams again. Blah.
An ok movie. Not really my cup of tea, but there were some enjoyable parts. Felt kind of hokey in places to me (I have to admit here that I am a purist. I love the original SH's so much).
RDjr is brilliant. He and Jude Law were the best part of the movie. They way they play off each other was nothing short of brilliant. They are just a perfect foil for each other. I wish they would be in another movie together that was NOT SH.
The most difficult part of the movie was that they seemed to think we should already KNOW about Holmes' and Watson's past and should not be confused (though we were. A LOT) by some of their conversations. THAT part was very disjointed. Blah.
