Review of She Dies Tomorrow (2020) by Indianaparkwars — 06 Aug 2020
This movie was a real challenge to watch. It’s absolutely bizarre and absolutely gorgeous. The cinematography and editing are tremendous. The acting is like a painting, where they capture a single emotion perfectly.
I have no clue what the movie was about or what was happening in any given scene. But what I do know is that this movie is weird and quirky and aesthetically perfect. Even though the plot escapes me (and is likely meant to), I find it accurately disturbing and stressful.
It somehow illogically describes the chaos of my brain and the confusion of my emotions. It’s an insane time to live in and this movie hits home. It’s relatable in an emotional kind of way. I’d love to watch it again, especially while not sober.
