Review of Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023) by Pastor43 — 17 Mar 2023

I gave this franchise as much of the proverbial "benefit of the doubt" as I could muster and it still wasnt enough to win me over. Both movies were inept, lazy and creatively bland. These super hero directors clearly don't understand comics, they violate orginal content and value nothing but their own ego's.

The movie has the audacity to have the original Billy Batson in the movie regulated to some basic extra. Its insulting and careless. Have lost just about all faith in DC and Marvel is not far behind. Is it even possible to make a super hero movie about the character and not someones convoluted vision.
