Review of Shazam! (2019) by Dubeau — 07 Apr 2019
Shazam was a fun movie. Nice humor and a very family context story. The actors were pretty solids and the kids were well directed. Certainly one of the best for DC. The ending action was a mix bag. I like all the effects but the smoke creatures were very blank to me.
The FX for them didn't always work. I give it a 75%.
